This website is a place to store my thought leadership publications. I plan to update it regularly along with the growth in my portfolio. A few words on my professional background.

I started my career in real estate with Moscow office of Ernst&Young. The Firm has given me a good professional ground to develop my skills as a real estate analyst and further upgrade to property consultant in Real estate advisory services. In this role, apart from real estate valuations, my main functions included feasibility studies, H&BU analysis and market research.

After 1.5 years in BIG4 I was invited to join CB Richard Ellis as a professional valuer for a special project of portfolio valuation for a leading residential developer. Shortly after I received an invitation to transfer to Troika Dialog real estate equity research team. Among the most significant projects in Troika was launching real estate initiation report, covering 8 largest public companies on the market. The report was recognized as the most precise analytical piece that month.

Currently I hold a position of advisor to executive director in one of the leading NGOs on the valuation services market. My focus is general market research and business development. Among of my products I could point out monthly market update, special sector coverage outlines and quarterly magazine on valuation services in Russia. I also continue to put a special emphasis on real estate market and act as an independent advisor in some of the property transactions as well as act as real estate wealth manager to several private companies.

Considering my professional experience and completed projects, I presume that my main strengths are:

-Deep focus on the real estate sector;

-Knowledge of current trends on the property markets in RF, CIS, BRIC and CEE;

-Work experience in various consultancy roles in the sector (analyst, valuer, investment broker) as well as investment role of an analyst;

-Personal connections with some of the Russian developers, institutional investors and consultants;

-Strong desire to grow as a trusted analyst on the property market.

 

Based on the mentioned above, I believe that my participation in project work benefits my team in the following ways:

-Adds to the existing team of professionals a multi-functional role of experienced property analyst;

-Crystallizes the knowledge of the leading property advisory teams used for sophisticated investment analysis;

-Creates a new set of investment ideas based on regular communication with the main market players.
